We, the seller, agree to warranty this puppy for 90 days from the date of reservation from any illness that is genetically related that is considered to be life threatening to the puppy. We, the sellers, will replace the defective puppy with a puppy of comparable quality, as determined by the seller, as soon as a comparable puppy becomes available. Full medical documentation must precede the return of the defective animal. The documentation must explicitly and singularly identify that the cause of the puppy's defect is genetically related. The results of this documentation is to be evaluated by a veterinarian of the seller's choosing to confirm and authenticate the results provided by the buyer's veterinarian. The findings and opinions of the seller's veterinarian is to be considered the final and ultimate opinion. All transportation expenses involved in the return of the original puppy as well as the replacement puppy is the responsibility of the buyer. We, the seller, do not agree to compensate the buyer for any veterinarian expenses.

We, the sellers, offer the buyer the opportunity to have the puppy inspected by a veterinarian of the buyer's choice within 48 hours of the arrival of the puppy. If a condition, genetic or otherwise, is found, that is a major detriment to the puppy's long term health, the buyer may return the puppy for a puppy of comparable quality, as determined by the seller. The buyer must make the seller aware of this discovery within 48 hours of the time that the buyer receives the puppy. The replacement puppy will be delivered to the buyer only after the defective puppy has been returned, and as soon as a comparable puppy becomes available. All transportation expenses related to the original puppy as well as the replacement puppy is the responsibility of the buyer. The seller does not extend this policy related to common or insignificant or short term conditions. These include, but are not limited to, the presence of common parasites (round-worms, coccidia, Giardia, hookworms, etc.), fleas, small scratches, scrapes or bites from other puppies or coughs that are deemed to be short -term by the veterinarian of the buyers choosing. The opinion of the buyer's vet, during the initial examination is to be considered final regarding non-genetic illnesses and cannot jeopardize the seller if the puppy is misdiagnosed by the buyer's veterinarian regarding diagnosis or prognosis of the condition. All veterinarian expenses resulting from this inspection is the responsibility of the buyer.

The buyer has five days upon the discovery of the above mentioned major and/or long-term health detriment to return the puppy to the seller. Failure to return the puppy to seller within five days are construed to reflect that the buyer is satisfied with the puppy's health and absolves the seller from any and all responsibility from that day forward for non-genetic illnesses or problems.

Our warranty does not cover hips. There are a few reasons that we exclude hips from our coverage.

1) Because of the angularity and frame structure of Bulldogs, a person could make the case that every bulldog (in theory) is dysplastic to a degree. Much of what could be clinically classified as Dysplasia via X-ray, has no negative impact on the dog in terms of discomfort or physical limitations and is a result of breed characteristics that are specified in breed standards.

2) There are factors other than genetics that contribute to Dysplasia. Including, but not limited to, the slope that a dogs lives on, the floor surface, the activities the dog participates in.

In the event of sudden death of a puppy that we sell, due to genetically related circumstances, we agree to replace the puppy with a puppy of comparable quality, as determined by the seller, as soon as a comparable puppy becomes available after the seller receives a certificate of death issued from a licensed veterinarian. The certificate of death must say explicitly that the cause of death was related to an identified genetic condition. The results of this certificate are to be evaluated by a veterinarian of the seller's choosing to confirm and authenticate the results. All post-mortem procedures performed on the deceased puppy are the responsibility of the buyer. All transportation expenses related to the replacement puppy are the responsibility of the buyer. We, the sellers do not agree to extend this policy to puppies that die in a non-sudden manner. (i.e. from a condition that the buyer had become aware of previously but elected not to return the puppy to the breeder for a comparable replacement within the specified period of time).

We represent our puppies as being suitable as pets only. We make no claim that they are suited as breeding or show animals and we offer no compensation for circumstances or characteristics that limit the dogs ability to be bred or competitively shown.

The deposit amount of $1000 is non-refundable and non-transferable if the buyer defaults on the purchase of the puppy. There are no exceptions. (Puppy will not be placed as reserved until deposit is received

The balance of the purchase price and the signed original contract is to be received by the seller within seven days after the reservation for the puppy was placed or the seller may offer this puppy to the next interested party on the list.

I the buyer agree to provide the seller with pictures of the puppy that I am purchasing. I agree to send updated and current pictures taken at least but not limited to regular six month intervals from the date of receipt of the puppy.

I the buyer agree that if for ANY reason I cannot keep this animal that I will first contact the seller. The seller will have first option on the return of the animal, Buyer has first option to buy back the animal at the price purchased. This price WILL NOT include any transportation costs or veterinarian fees paid out by Buyer. Costs for returning the puppy to the seller will be the buyers. Final approval of placement of the animal will be by the seller. Seller will not under any circumstances place the animal in a shelter, pound, animal control facility, humane society, pet store, or any other like establishment.

I the buyer agree that this puppy will NEVER be used in any unethical manner.

I the buyer agree to keep my address, phone number and E-mail address current with the buyer.

If this puppy is to be bred I the buyer agree to notify the seller of said intentions.

I the buyer agree to ONLY breed my animal with a quality, genetically sound male/female of OLDE ENGLISH BREED breed.

(If Female)I the buyer agree NOT to breed this animal before 24 months or the female’s 3rd heat cycle.

(If Male) I the buyer agree NOT to breed this male for 18 months.

I the buyer agree to keep animal up to date with all vaccinations, flea control, wormers and heartworm medications.

I attest that I am at least 18 years of age and that this is to be considered a legal and binding contract between I the buyer and the seller.

I agree to mail (or e-mail ) the signed and dated contract to the seller within 72 hours and the balance of the purchase price within seven days of the reservation. I understand that no animal will be shipped until the signed original of this contract has been received by the seller. I understand that if the seller does not receive this contract within 72 hours and the remainder of the purchase price within seven days of the reservation of the puppy that I will forfeit any monies paid and the seller may offer the animal for sale to other interested parties.

By copying, pasting and emailing this warranty, I reflect that I agree to all of the terms and conditions stated above.

TERMS OF SALE

We only accept the following forms of payment. Cash (if picked up in person). U.S. POSTAL MONEY ORDERS that you purchased at a U.S. POST OFFICE for easy tracking, Walmart Money gram, and PAYPAL. If paying by PAYPAL please add a 3.5% handling fee to your total. Full Payment must be received 14 days prior to shipping. If full payment is not received within 7 days of the reservation of the puppy, the pup will be put back up for sale and the deposit will be forfeited. Deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable. The minimum deposit is $1000. Shipping is $350 if the pup is to be flown within the continental USA. If we deliver the pup or meet you to deliver the pup there will be a charge for gas. Puppy may also be ground shipped privately. This is more expensive but may be less stressful on your puppy. Costs vary according to where the puppy is being delivered to. YOU CAN PRINT THIS PURCHASE AGREEMENT DOCUMENT AND SCAN AND E-MAIL IT OR MAIL IT IN AFTER YOU HAVE READ AND SIGNED IT.CONTRACT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 72 HOURS PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AS THIS IS A LEGAL BINDING AGREEMENT THAT WILL BE ENFORCED. IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE THE CONTRACT WITH YOUR SIGNATURE WITHIN 72 HOURS AND THE REMAINDER OF MONEY OWED ON THE PUPPY WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RESERVATION YOU WILL FORFIET YOUR DEPOSIT AND THE PUPPY WILL BE PUT BACK UP FOR SALE.
